1. What does this offer entitle me to?

This offer entitles two adults to enjoy a two night luxury hotel stay, on a Bed & Breakfast basis.

The two nights can be combined and booked as a consequetive two night stay, or can be split over two separate dates and venues.

The venue must be participating in this promotion.

2. I have received a brochure containing a list of hotels - are there more hotels available?

Yes, the brochure only features a small selection of participating hotels. The website details the full selection available. We would recommend visiting the website as well as browsing the featured hotels in the brochure, as we frequently add new hotels to the directory.

3. How do I book?

A gift pack with your Unique Booking Code will be sent via Royal Mail which will contain full details of how to book.

4. How long is the offer valid for?

The date you need to book and take your stay by will be found on your covering letter.

5. Can I choose any hotel?

Yes, the choice is completely yours, as long as the hotel is featured in the promotion. Subject to availability.

6. Can I contact the hotel and book directly with them?

All booking enquiries made as part of this offer need to be made though our dedicated Reservations Department. Bookings made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.

7. What happens once the booking has been made?

Once your booking has been initially confirmed with the Reservations Department and your chosen venue, we will send you a customer confirmation by email or post, which confirms the full booking details. You will need to take this confirmation with you and present it on arrival.

8. Do I have to purchase meals or beverages?

You are under no obligation to purchase any additional extras however, you can purchase evening meals and beverages if you wish - you will need to pay the hotel directly for these.

9. Can I arrange to have an upgraded room?

Yes, the majority of the hotels featured in the promotion offer room upgrades, which are usually detailed on the website. If you are interested in upgrading your room please speak to the Reservations Department at time of booking.

10. Can I order flowers, chocolates or champagne to be in my room on arrival?

Yes, many hotels do offer this facility; please enquire with the Reservations Department at the time of booking.

11. Can children also stay?

The offer is based on two adults, but we can certainly look into accomodating additional guests. A Family Room will be required to accomodate children, which will be an additional cost. Prices for a Family Room will vary by venue, please feel free to ask the Reservations Department at the time of booking.

12. What facilities do the hotels have to offer?

All hotels in the promotion have a symbol guide, featured on this site and in the accompanying brochure, which will show you exactly what facilities they provide.

13. What if I have booked my Luxury Night Away and need to rearrange it?

If you need to change your booking, your voucher will become invalid. The Reservations Department will endeavour to rearrange any booking, but this is not guaranteed. please contact us as soon as possible on 01565 656 986* where we will be able to advise further.

14. I have a question about my Luxury Night Away that is not answered here - Who can help?
